Can this be James? Could it be a cut and paste? What do you think, girls?  Not sure if it's James - it might be. There is no doubt Buckingham Palace is cut and paste though. Studio lit people against daylight background. I'm not impressed. |

I thought so too - the hair parting pattern and all, but if you looked at the same boy in later pictures, it just didn't quite match though...

Huh! Interesting! I guess we can't argue against a professional assessment.
I guess James wasn't a skinny kid that got bullied at school then... He looks quite athletic and confident.

I covered part of the picture with paper and took a look at his eyes and/ or nose only and they do look like James'. Especially the eyes.

Can your authority do an age progression or de-progression? Maybe he could take James' photo and go backwards in age to see what James would look like in 1990. ha-ha.. or are we venturing into getting you committed in an asylum?

The ear lobes are troubling me. I don't think James has such defined lower earlobes. There is a strong resemblance though. |
